Would it run on low

I recently got a new PC, it's not the best but it's a huge improvement over my old one. Now after playing some amazing F2P games I am wondering whether this PC would run Battlefield 3 on low with decent FPS.

A8-5500

AMD Radeon 7560D

6gigs RAM

Quad Core processor
