8 Gb memory for a gaming build is fine. I wouldn't choose that PSU either.

All are very good choices. For RAM I will suggest a nice pair of G.Skill Ripjaws ideally a 8GB kit (DDR3-2400). I will further suggest a slight adjustment on your processor: Get the i5-4690K

They will work. But they will run in Dual-channel mode and SIngle channel mode.
