Would my cpu be bottleneck by my graphics card?

Hi I would like to know if my amd athlonx2 250 dual core processor will be bottleneck by my GeForce GT 730 1GB GDDR5 128bit graphics card. I want to play games like dota2, lol and some emulator games.
