Would Phanteks CPU Cooler fit on a MSI H61 motherboard

Hi, i bought an MSI H61 P31/W8 motherboard due to my previous Z77 M motherboard that died and i will be using the same parts from the pc. I would like to know whether a Phanteks PH TC14CS cpu cooler would fit on the MSI motherboard. I noticed that it is a bit smaller than the Z77M motherboard i had before. Thanks.

They are both socket 1155 motherboards. So yes it will fit.

Thanks. Is it going to be a tight squeeze with the ram and graphics card?

That I can't tell you. The old mb had 4 memory slots and the new one only 2. So if the heatsink covered a slot there may be a problem. If it did not then your most likely ok.
