Would putting an extra fan on an h60 improve it?

I’m thinking of getting a h60 for my pc and I was wondering if putting an extra fan on would improve it. Would it? Or would it just make more noise? Has anyone tried this?
Any other heat sinks i should get for £60 - £80
I have a cm storm enforcer case with 200mm fan at the front as intake, a 120mm fan at the rear exhaust and another 200mm fan at the top as an exhaust.

Corsair Hydro Series: H60, H80 and H100 Reviewed

The H60's radiator is the same size of the previous generation H50. However, the H60 has a new, upgraded water block that allows for more efficient flow. It also has the adjustable 90 degree connectors we've seen on the H70 making installation easier. Corsair provides a single 120mm 1700RPM PWM fan. The inclusion of a PWM fan is a nice touch since most motherboards have the needed 4-pin connector and have BIOS settings for easy fan speed control. This means the cooler can be virtually silent when idle, but ramp up the RPMs (and therefore noise) as needed. As mentioned, the H60 only includes one fan, but you can add a second fan for a push/pull configuration. You'll just need to...

I have an H70 with two fans in push/pull and there has been not much of a difference in temps. At most you might see a 1°c drop, but nothing significant. Fans are cheap though, so it wouldn't hurt to throw another one on there. But if your current fan is making a lot of noise, then i'd probably just upgrade to a single to dual silet fans from a company like Noctua, Coolermaster etc. I'm actually using two Coolermaster SickleFlow fans in push/pull on my H70 and their dead quiet with the fan voltage regulator dongles the H70 comes with and still move a decent amount of air.

Without those ''voltage decreasing dongles'' the H70 comes with they're loud as hell, considering both fans nativley run at 2000rpm, the fans where pulling air in so fast that there was a fairly loud whistleing noise from the air going through the fan holes of the case so quickly.

One good silent fan is good enough overall though imo.
