would sli be good with gtx 950

what would be a good mbo that support sli. looking for a low budget
my specs:
i5 4690k
Evga GTX 950 sc
msi h81m e33
evga 850 b2

You are better off selling your GTX 950 and buying a GTX 970 or 1070 if you can swing it. The 970 will be just as fast if not faster, the 1070 will blow it away, and SLI is a pain. Not every game supports it, there are performance issues with it, etc.

The per card costs would outweigh the benefits of a high-end single GPU card. My advice, look for a GeForce GTX 970, or even a GTX 960.

However, to answer your question, yes, SLI is possible and it does scale well, plus Maxwell drivers are quite mature so stability will be ok in most games. Still, single GPU is always the best.
