1| The AF series of fans is an abbreviation for Air Flow while SP's are an abbreviation for Static Pressure which is what you should be looking for when shopping for fans meant for radiators(or in essence for watercooling)
2| Corsair make 140mm fans in their SP range but to note, they tend to go out in typical style. Rattling noises and then eventual failure or noisy fan motors or worse fan blades broken as they brush up against the fan housing while it will also be stated by users that the QE's are in fact LE(loud edition) fans (pun intended with a hint of sarcasm since I own a set and don't like them).
