Hi,
I am planning on building a budget system and i just need to get a power supply, and there is a second hand CX430 in my area.
The build is:
i7-2600
MINIX H61M USB3
Galaxy GTX 670
8GB Samsung DDR3 1600
500GB HDD

CX 430

Just wondering if this power supply will be enough, thanks

Solution
If this PSU is being recycled from an older build, how old is it? Even if it was brand new, I'd say no not going to work. You should be looking at a PSU reliably built with at least 550 W of power to the entire system.
The other options I have is a used Thermaltake toughpower qfan 500w, a used cooler master GXII 550W, used Besta PT-550 550W or a used 650W Widetech. However, these are a bit more expensive.

That said, if it's for a second system you're not so bothered about, a decent 550w unit that isn't so old would suffice. However, aside from the CX unit, all the others you've mentioned are no good and I wouldn't trust any of them.
Is the CoolerMaster GXII 550w not good either? I thought this one would be good

It's not.

None of the units you listed are recommendable even when they're new and certainly not when used. If you must get a budget, a CX 450 (not the 430) is the one to shoot for; Corsair drastically improved those old CX units to the modern ones (the 450 is a modern one) for very good reasons.

Maybe, if as noted above, this was for a second rig just to fool around with, you can probably get away with a CX 430. If it were my only rig, I woulnd't cut corners on the safety part.

The CX430 is well known to be very very low quality. I would not buy one at all, definitely not used.

The Cooler Master is MOST LIKELY the best least bad of the bunch being 80+ bronze, pretty strong 12v rail, and a fluid dynamic fan. It also has dual 6+2 pin connectors.

However, I am unable to find any reviews of this unit, though it seems to be rather dated given the announcement news reports I see are mostly dated 2013. A used PSU that could be that old is a very very bad idea.

Of those, I would not trust a single one.
