Question Would there be a bottleneck with a ryzen 5 2600 and a gtx 1660 Ti/1060

I'm planning to completely buy a new PC, because my current PC is fairly old. So the question is: Would a GTX 1060/1660 Ti bottleneck a ryzen 2600 or the other way around.
