No you should be fine in 99% of games out there, that's actually a good pairing for that resolution.

No it won't bottleneck at 1440p

Ryzen mostly bottlenecks when gaming at 1080P and/or with high frame rates enabled. At ≥ 1440P or conversely 60-100hz gaming you should be fine. When trying to hit the 100-144hz+ range though you will be bottlenecked regardless of the resolution as Ryzen is slightly weaker then Intel in IPC.
