Would these specs last for next 3years of gaming?

Hi, I'm planning to build A Gaming pc, my laptop gave up on me and I'm on really tight budget
So here's the specs I'm planning to gett. :-

Intel i3 6th gen 6100u
Msi Geforce 750 Ti 2Gb GDDR5
Asrock B150m pro4 Hyper LGA 1151 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb DDR4 2400mhz
Western Digital 1Tb HDD 7200rpm
Corsair VS Series 450 Watts

Just needed a opinion and suggestions, on really tight budget for now, and I'll be able to upgrade in 3years when i complete my Studies

Would these specs enough to run games on Mid settings?

Would my system be able to handle games which release in next 3 year span

Hey Thanks for your reply, Yes i would like to overclock in future but not much, and 700 Dollars cant push beyond that
and 700 Dollars including the Monitor, Cabinet and Keyboard

Look at this, It was hard to make something with a Overclocking possibility in the future, especially for a correct price but http://pcpartpicker.com/list/R9bH4C for Screen (I am not an expert so I picked the cheapest one with good reviews), for keyboard you must look by yourself and I don't know what "cabinet" is, sorry for my english. BTW the case can be different but there is no stock on the site for now.
