My current motherboard is: https://www.amazon.co.uk/GIGABYTE-G...s=F2A68HM-HD2&qid=1559561847&s=gateway&sr=8-1
I'm planning on buying a cpu: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-Ryzen-...=Ryzen+5+1600&qid=1558279455&s=gateway&sr=8-1
And a gpu: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-N...ds=gtx+1050ti&qid=1559167645&s=gateway&sr=8-1

I'm wondering if they will work together and not like break my PC? I'm new to buying parts for my PC etc and want to know whether they will work together because I don't want to waste money on a product I won't use.

Solution
Your motherboard is the wrong socket. You should aim for something like this:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£129.97 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£75.27 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: MSI - Radeon RX 570 8 GB ARMOR OC Video Card (£159.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £365.23
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I've gone for an RX570 8gb because it's a better GPU than the 1050ti and is cheaper.

edit: You also need DDR4 ram with fast speeds for a Ryzen system. Make sure you get 2 x 4gb kit or 2 x 8gb kit.

Thanks for the suggestion, I shall probably go for that

No probs, just see my edit note. Ryzen works best with fast ram. Ideally you want 2 x 8gb for 16 total. This is the sweetspot for gaming right now. 2 x 4gb only if on a strict budget.

Something like this:

PCPartPicker Part List

Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£79.38 @ Aria PC)
Total: £79.38
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Will serve you well.

Happy gaming :)

I'm planning to have them bought for me for my birthday so if my parents do not want to spend that much money I'll probably ask them what their budget is and pay the rest above their budget.

Thanks again :)
