Would this be a decent system for streaming and gaming?

Hey guys,
I did some research for these parts for the past few days at a 500 dollar budget and it is my first ever pc build, do you think this pc would properly stream and run games above 720p, if so could you suggest any parts which could may prove its overall performance? (The pc also has no SSD, should I add one?)

Parts:
cpu: Intel Pentium g4560

motherboard: msi B250m mortar

gpu: gigabyte rx560 2gb

hard drive: Western Digital 1tb caviar blue internal hard drive

Power supply: Corsair VS450 450w

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb (4gbx2) kit ddr4 2400mhz

Case: Cougar mx330

SSD: none

I think a ryzen 2200g would multitask better for gaming and streaming. The 560 is a decent gpu, but how much are you paying. You might be able to find a 570 which is way way way better for about the same price. An ssd makes such a huge difference that I wouldn't even own a pc that didn't have one.

This system below right at 500$ would perform really great, definitely better than the other one.

This can run 60fps 1080p, now it won't run ultra preset in all of the AAA games, but medium shouldn't be an issue. Even low 1080p looks way better than 720p high. Now when streaming you might need to lower it some for that same framerate. Check out benchmarks of a 570, it's a beast of a card and the 2200g is...

Now if you can swing an extra 50 them buying a 2600 would be way better for streaming as it can easily push games and stream at high bitrates. It's a 6 core 12 thread vs Pentium 2 core 4 thread, 2200g 4 core, 4 thread. From what I've seen this performs similar to a ryzen 3 1500/x

You can add about 30$ to go with a i3 8100 which perform even better, but it's tricky. If you get that then you might as well spend 50$ more instead and get a 2600

Also check this out, the 2200g can run games in 720p pretty damn well, it's really impressive considering there is no extra graphics card. This means you could just buy that for now, see how it works for you gaming and streaming at 720p and then later buy a dedicated gpu
