Don't opt for optical drive. Add that money in something like GPU. Also I think WD Blue is cheaper(depending on where you live). That 11 USD you saved can be added to GPU + 10 dollars if you are not that tight on you budget and you can have r7 360. Hope it help.

It's decent but either go for 2x4gb or 2x8gb memory. Also if you are going to buy a GPU like the R5 250, better don't buy a GPU at all and use the HD 530 (integrated of the i3-6100).
