Would This Be Good for General Gaming

I was looking for a low-budget gaming PC build. I found this: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/xMartyyy/saved/2m3H99 . I was wondering if it could run Minecraft or some other games at at-least medium settings and Minecraft at max settings?

You'll run more than minecraft. It should run any game on medium settings @ 1600x900
Some will run better like WoW should run maxed@1080p
