would this be good to run minecraft with shaders mod csgo at max and live stream or record gameplay at 60fps to upload to Youtube and if not can you guys suggest something that can and wont be over $700

Yes, but I would change the ram to DDR3-1866, like a G.Skill Ares 8GB ram kit (If you are video editing, get 16GB of ram). Also, try to get a power supply from Seasonic, Antec, XFX, or Corsair (If you are getting a power supply from Corsair, avoid the CX and CS series). They make quality power supplies with great capacitors. Otherwise, great build!
