i need to know if i use this graphics card with this motherboard
the graphics card is the SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 460 100409-2GOCL 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x8 HDCP Ready Video Card
the motherboard is the msi h81m-e33

Yes.

For pretty much all modern graphics cards to run properly, they need to placed into a PCI-Express x16 slot, which your motherboard has 1 of (the blue one). So no issues at all.

However, a motherboard is only one part of the chain. You will also need a good power supply to power it and a case that will physically fit it in.

What PSU and Case do you have?
