Also should i get windows 7 or 8 and which anti-virus? Would this be able to run Battlefield 3 at 60+ fps? first build btw

No, need for a full. Look through some Cooler Master and NZXT mid towers.

i would recommend win 8 over 7. but get an ssd!. and anti-virus i use avg free, tho there are lots of other alternatives.

I would definitely recommend an SSD, great performance, especially loading games and OS. Corsair 600T and Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced are both good cases.

Do not get windows 7 ,lots of games are not compatible with it yet so go for windows 7 64bit

taking your advice with the CM 690 II and if i got a smaller 32gb ssd for and used the HDD for other stuff would that be any good?

You could boot 1 or 2 newer games off a 32gb

SSD, i just purchased the Corsair 400r Midcase and boy! it is amazing.

I strongly recommend buying Windows 7 instead of 8.
8 is still buggy.

I would say buy an SSD if you can budget it.
