Looks like a good monitor to me. Wish they had more detailed specs for it, but from what I can tell it is a good monitor, and can handle gaming. I don't know if it being refurbished will make a difference, but always be careful with refurbished products. You never know what could be wrong with them.

Ok, now I'm certain it has amazing specs! Good pick, it's got a great contrast ratio as well (good color variation).
