Good for price and the only thing I could recommend was a higher quality psu (I recommend EVGA GS, G2, P2 or there other good stuff) and maybe throw in a small ssd for windows, not needed but is nice to have. Otherwise it all works and works well.

You need to include RAM in your budget, as it will not run otherwise.
