[SOLVED] Would this prebult work as a slave pc for streaming at 1080?

The specs are
AMD Ryzen 3 2300X -
8GB Memory -
AMD Radeon RX 570 -
1TB HDD + 240GB SSD

Would this be able to stream at 1080 to twitch while capturing another pc with an Elgato? Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

Yep easily, you don't really even need the video card in it since all you are doing is processing video signal from another system. I'd get a better CPU and more RAM instead of the video card.
