Would this PSU (Blazar 700w) be enough??

Hello! I would like to buy an Acteck AF-B700 (Blazar 700w) because, recently, my super cheap cooler master is giving me a lot of headaches. Is that PSU "good"? (good in like "not exploding apart my rig")

My rig (none of the parts are overclocked, nor I plan to do it):

MoBo: Asus P8H61-M LX3 R2.0
CPU: Intel Pentium G860 3.00GHz (I know it sucks, lol)
RAM: 8GB 1333MHz
GPU: 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti PNY
HDD: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM003

BUT! I plan to change (again, not overclocking anything):

MoBo for a Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5
CPU for an Intel CI5 4460 3.10GHZ
RAM: Add another 8GB on top of what I have now
And MAYBE add another HDD (or SDD?...)

Would the Blazar 700w be enough??? Would you recommend another one (on the same price range)?

THANKS!

A Mexican PSU? Don't consider. Many PSUs from Mexico has been found as lying, and this one hasn't even been benchmarked. Even better, here goes: there is no fan in this unit. This isn't a SeaSonic, 80+ Titanium beast, this is some no-namer. I won't trust this unit.

Why don't you give me a budget?

I wouldn't trust that PSU to run a potato. 700W? Not gonna happen. The 750 Ti is known for being able to run on almost any 220W+ PSU, but such a cheap, generic one is really stretching it. What is your budget, and where are you buying from?

My budget is arround $50 and I am buying from a local store (I am from Mexico, btw)

Thanks! I'll try and get the EVGA 100-B1-0500-KR
