Would this PSU work with this GPU and motherboard?

The motherboard I currently have is the Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H.

Now, I already have a 650W Topower PSU, but people are telling me it is a bad PSU and it will harm my new GPU, so I need a new one. Would this Corsair one work?

Not all ToPower PSU's are bad. I've used one for a long time and it never caused problems. What model do you have?

Yes the Corsair one will work, but HX and TX series are better than GS series, and 600/650W is enough for your GPU, unless you want to OC any component.

GeForce GTX 770 - requires 42 Ampere and a 600W PSU minimum.

I have the TOP-650M. Would this be okay? I really don't want to buy something if I don't need it.

Nope, that's not a trusted unit. Its a Tier 5 quality unit. Not Recommend for stressful situations. May not be able to put out full rated power above room temperature, and may slightly fail to meet ATX specs.

Tier 5 - Other than the units listed above for any of these brands, NOT RECOMMENDED. Replace ASAP if you have one.

Well I went ahead and put it in, everything is working well with the Topower PSU. Is the card in danger? Or will it just stop working..?

It will work. Obviously the ToPower is not that good (you often get what you pay for), but it probably isn't as bad as lonewolf7 says.

Yeah I've been playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Planetside 2 and some other games and it's working beautifully.

@ OP, Yes you are living dangerously. It will work but eventually it will fail. Anyways good luck, hope nothing will go wrong.
