Would this used PC be good for 200 dollars?

I Was wanting to buy a gaming pc and this guy in my local town is selling his pc for 200 dollars and he has a gtx 750 ti and am athlon 5350.
with 8 gb ram and 500 gb hard drive and windows 7
I'm looking to play games like gta 5, csgo, and h1z1 kotk.

well the Am Athlon 5350 is comparable in power and processing graphics as an Intel G4440
hell for 200$ the 750ti alone is worth that

know that the cpu on that motherboard is the end of line in Am1 socket CPu's which means next step is another cpu, motherboard and ram.
willit play those games, probably, though I would suggest bumping ram to 16GB

The 200$ Build your guy is selling is indeed, not a bad one.
Although you won't be able to play games in 4K Quality and probably play two games at a time in 1080p
It would run perfectly with 720p and 1080p settings. (1080p for certain games)

GTA 5 - 1080p with around 60fps. Although you won't be able to background tasks much well.
CSGO - Same thing ^
KOTK - Will work perfectly with 1080p

However, I'd suggest telling him to re-seat and clean the PC as it's a used one and dust can make it worse. Be sure to check the PC very well, something might be wrong with it as imo, it's too cheap 😉
