I'm a noob to pcs and this is going to be my first build. Seeing that I'm new would all these parts work? Like would the graphics card fit with the motherboard? Would the CPU fit? Is the power supply enough? Is the case big enough? Only a expert would know

AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz
ASRock AM3+ 970-EXTREME3 R2.0
8GB ram 1600MHz
Cooler master K350 Mid Tower
500GB hard drive
Cooler Master Thunder 500w 85+
Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti 2gb OC

and as long as your motherboard has a PCI-E expansion slot, any graphics card would fit just fine

expert huh, aw shucks you mean it? No, but seriously I don't see any problems with it, although I would recommend you to get an EVGA GPU with a closed shroud so it blows heat out of the case instead of around in it.

It does have a pci-e slot, also don't worry about asking questions, its what we're here for. There are no stupid questions, only stupid people who don't ask them.

Yes it has PCI-E slot. Although they are one generation back i.e. version 2.0 (current standard is version 3.0), you won't find any performance difference with your build specs. So stop worrying and carry on with your build. And feel free to ask any questions.
