Do you think that XBOX would have made it to where it is today without
Halo...or would it have been blown away like the Dreamcast???

Dreamcast failed because of poor marketing and timing for SEGA.
Power-wise, they were close to par with PS2 and had a 1 year head start
over SONY. Also, they tried to appeal to both genre of gamers, unlike
Nintento appealing to kids and PS2/XBOX appealing to teens and adults.
