my rig specs are
i7 4770k
msi z87 g45 gaming
gigabyte r9 290
seidon 120v water cooling
8gigs of ddr3 vengeance low profile at 1600mhz
3000gb seagate barracuda at 7200rpm
725watts power supply

note: not showing off i was surprised because it lagged in watchdogs so badly.

Sort of. Performance wise yes, but overall build quality I would not because of the HDD, RAM, etc.

Watch Dogs is not optimized well from what I have read...so that does not matter about the system.

the lack of an ssd would not make any differenc in gaming and 1600MHz ram is plenty for gaming. he could overclock his ram like I have and get to at least 1866

I wouldn't personally consider that "high-end" (But I've seen way to many overkill SLI builds and such) but that is pretty good. You lagged on Watch Dogs because it was optimized for a potato. Even people with SLI 780s lag on Watch Dogs

if you use the worse mod then you can get lag free gaming and it looks good. I play at 1440p with CF 7950's.

you have to use that mod or follow [H] settings
