Wow error Messages

I recently downloaded World of warcraft for my laptop, my laptop meets all the system requirements for playing wow, but for some reason i have been getting errors when i start up the game. One that i am getting is "WerFault" and i am getting the blue screen the odd time when the game crashes with the message "Critical process died". does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Laptop system spec:
Toshiba Satellite L50
Windows 8.1
8gb built in ram
intel HD graphics family amd radeon r7 m260
intel core i5-4210U

to turn off werfault

Go to Start button.
Go to Control Panel and then System and Security > Administrative Tools.
Right-click on Services and then click Run as Administrator option.
After Services window opens, select Windows Error Reporting Service.
Double-click it with you mouse and click the Stop button to disable it.

I checked that and it says that it is already disabled, do you have any other suggestions?

stopped or disabled?

theres a difference

if it says stopped change startup type from auto or manual to disabled

Thanks, changed the startup type to disabled, doing a graphics driver update atm so hoping that it fixes the problem

as for critical process died--sorry cant help with that one as its not specific which process is the problem
