WoW gaming and coding 2-3 screen setup help

I have roughly about $1,300 to put into a gaming system that can play World of Warcraft/Star Wars: The Old Republic on Ultra High settings without any lag but would also need to be powerful enough to run 2 (if possible 3) screens. Price would have to include the screens. I really like the alien green L.E.D setup but will always settle for the red lol. Anyways, I hope someone knows more about compatibility issues better than me. I can build but really don't have time to research parts. Any help is appreciated!
