[SOLVED] Wox and everything plugin popping up everytime i open my pv

So i am new to pc and I downloaded wox along with everything plugin but the plugin keeps popping up saying this application want to make changes to your system. I don't want it to do that everytime. How do I tackle this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and Windows Version information.

Where did you get wox from - website?

You (if you have the administrative privileges to do so) can allow apps to make changes in Windows and do so without further request(s).

However, that is risky unless you truly know and trust the software/application making the request.
