[SOLVED] Wraith prism cooler

I have a Ryzen 9 3900x cpu and the stock wraith prism cooler that comes with it. The cpu runs at a constant 3-10% usage and a temp of around 43C, but the fan is revving constantly from 1600rpm and 2200 rpms making this insanely loud. Any idea what to do? I have a Asus rog strix x570-E motherboard

Custom fan profile in bios:
-minimum fan speed of 60-70% at 60C
-medium fan speed of 80-85% at the same temp
-100% at 90C

I was having the same issue running a wraith prism on a 3600x, it was driving me insane! Swapped it out for a be quiet dark rock slim cooler, the difference is huge! Cant hear a thing over the noise of my case fans,after market cooler saved my sanity

The Wraith Prism is just good enough for a 3800x and it's load under full load. I can't imagine it does well with the 3900x. Replace the Wraith.
