Hello Everyone!

I come to you masters of knowledge on the PC master race to ask this humble question.
Wraith Prism or Corsair H60? If none of them is enough for gaming and editing with some OC, what is the cheapest you would recommend?

Important: I already have the corsair H60. I've been using this since 2014. Something I got on my first build ever (it was a FX 8350), going to i5 7600k and I'm now deciding if I use it on the new build.

I couldn't find comparison for these two cooling solutions on the Ryzen 2700X.

Here goes the setup:
MOBO: B450 Aorus M rev 1.0
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 AMP Edition OC to 2090Mhz (2 Cooler Master fans on that one. Something I've seen on LTT how to revive GPU. Works GREAT for temperatures)
Ram: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz (4x8GB)
Storage: WD Black nVME m.2 500gb, samsung evo ssd 250gb and a regular 1TB HDD 7200rpm (thinking on making StoreMI between the last two)
PS: Cooler Master 650W 80 Plus Bronze
Case: NZXT H440

Thank you in advance!

Solution
Wraith Prism is equitable to a hyper212 evo, and somewhat quieter at high loads. The H60 is also equitable, so it's really an aesthetics choice.

2700x at 3.9GHz OC running Prime95 @170w load, which is @20w beyond the roughly 150w rated capacity of a Cryorig H7, Corsair H60 or CM Hyper212 EVO. Honestly, if you plan to push that 2700x under duress like production software, rendering, even heavy gaming and streaming, it's time to look for something more effective than a budget cooler.
