Write-behind Cache

I am trying to set-up an RT2000 with win 2k. I can't find where to dissable write-behind cacheing for all drives. I was able to do it for the programs drive, but for the raid drive, media drive, which win2k sees as scsi, there is no option. How do I know if it is dissable
