Writer problem

Hello every one

I have a hp pavilion g6 laptop.i have problem with my writer which is eject when i click for browse or open the dvd drive.
this problem is occuring with cd/dvd and also when i have not insert any disk and then click on drive then it is eject.

please help me ..........

Maybe you have a defective writer and you need to contact HP tech support for a solution.
