Wrong cable in the wrong place. Please help.

Hi I accidentally plugged in VCC / D- / D+ / GND cable from the case of my pc in the motherboard where the cha fan 1 should go. (note, pc was running and stopped)

Now my pc doesnt start anymore.

I have motherboard asrock b85m.

What can i do ?

get another board, and learned that messing with sensitive electrical circuity while power is PLUGGED IN never mind RUNNING, is a really bad thing.
