[SOLVED] Wrong cas latancy?

I have 2 sticks of Crucial Ballistix 3000mhz cl15s and a I was looking at CPU-Z turns out my cas latancy is at 16? I looked at my sticks of ram and they definitely say 15 on the side so does the XMP profile so im not sure why this is the case?
Can anyone help me with this?

Are there multiple selectable XMP profiles in your BIOS? (Profile 1, Profile 2, etc).

Yup! Sorry I didn't know you needed both

I am going to assume this is an AMD rig. You have to disable gear down mode, in the bios, for odd timings to work.
