wrong country power cord for psu AX860i Refurbished

i received PSU AX860i delivered today & the power cable plug is not uk i have a spare one, only problem is that the AX860i cable is really fat & the spare one is normal monitor,psu,laptop
thickness cord should i send it back or just use the spare cord i have
also an explanation why the AX860i power cord is not normal thickness

The cord that came with the psu is a thicker gauge, which I would expect with a quality 860watt psu. It should say the gauge somewhere on the wire (20AWG for example). If so I would buy a UK power cable at that gauge on amazon or something, you dont have to send the psu back. The lesser gauge cord would probably work temporarily (keep an eye on it make sure the cord is not getting hot) but ideally I would want the gauge the manufacturer recommends.

Yeah that would work as well. Definitely better than using the thinner gauge wire.
