Hello everyone, I have a problem, my motherboard has a CPU sensor, when I open a game the sensor has a reading of 57º but the Ryzen CPU sensor is above 80º, and the CPU fan only recognizes the motherboard sensor and it does not increase the speed, it has reached 95º but the sensor that is built into the motherboard continues to read the temperatures incorrectly, I am currently using a program called Fan Control to link the CPU fan with the sensor of the Ryzen but I would like the board to do it automatically, as it should do. Please I need your help

Motherboard: B550 Phantom Gaming 4
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
16GB DDR4 3200mhz

Try with HWinfo and Ryzen master.

Try with HWinfo and Ryzen master.

Here I send you the image with the Ryzen master and the HWinfo, you can see that it detects the CPU sensor DIE and in the other image I send you comparing with the CPU sensor of the motherboard that you can see that it has less degrees.

Most relevant and important CPU temp sensor is in CPU itself, MB/socket temps should always be lower but depend on case ventilation.
Speaking of temps, just go by what RM shows. Your temps are high for a 5600x, which kind of cooler do you have ? Factory one ? You can also try better voltage control. Try using CO at -20 or more.

I am currently using the stock cooler but I want to buy the Thermaltake UX200 SE cooler because I have seen that it is good.

BIOS up to date?
Did you load the BIOS default settings?
Is the CPU fan connected to the correct header?
Did you set all the case fans to 12volts / 100% in the BIOS?
How is the case airflow? Is it a hot box? (Take off the side panel off the case and if temperatures drop markedly then the answer is "yes")

As an aside, RAM usage seems quite high. You may benefit from installing more memory.
