Hey,

I have a feeling my cooler is installed wrongly. Logically, fan should be in opposite direction, moving air out of PC box. Just don't know is it possible turn it around or this is the only way to set cooling?

Thanks in advance!

You should be pulling air from heat sink towards the back or bottom of case.
Pulling it towards front or bottom of case disrupts the natural airflow of the case, and will completely disrupt the cooling ability of the system.

Sometimes it is hard to tell with your hand but if you take a full size sheet paper you can very easily see if the paper is held to the fan (thus suction and thus pull configuration) or being pushed away from the fan (blow and thus pull configuration.
It looks like you can move the fan to the other side by removing those silver clips. Just make sure your fan is pushing the air away from the heat sync, effectively pulling the heat off the heat sync, instead of pushing air through the heatsync.

You should be able to put your hand over the fan to feel if it is blowing or sucking. If it's sucking I think it should be fine. But a fan in the back of your case to pull the air out would help out a lot.
