[WTB] i5 2500k with motherboard

I am looking to buy a i5 2500k with a motherboard that supports overclocking for around $290 -$300.
must have 4x memory slots. It can be used if it works.

I'm selling an i5 2500k that is barely a month old but the board is an Asus P8Z68-V LE. I don't know what the LE means but it seemed to be a somewhat cheaper board at $140, it *might* be missing some of the advanced overclocking settings? It jumped to 4.5 ghz with only a .04v vcore increase with 0 problems whatsoever, I haven't tried to go higher but I don't see why it would be a problem. I also have a Coolermaster 212+ that I would like to sell with it. I'll do $300+ shipping without the 16 gigs of ram I have to go with it
