Why ITX? portability or just not space?

just wondering if it will not get to hot if you put a gaming video card in there.

not sure what the price for the motherboard is in Pounds. I think about 70 quids.

is that budget for the motherboard only or for motherboard and CPU?

another custom retrofit, mATX won't leave much or any space for other components.
i'm not afraid of buying used if I can get better spec for the money, and that amount was what I had in mind for the motherboard only.
