The motherboard is an ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+ Socket FM2+ motherboard (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157457). I bought it for its 3x CrossFireX capability. It can also do Dual SLI if you prefer Nvidia. It can't do 3-way SLI as the third slot will only run at 4x speed, which the SLI standard requires a minimum of 8x.
The RAM is a G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB kit (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231429).
I live in Central Illinois, and would be shipping First Class USPS with delivery confirmation.
