X1900xtx and motherboard

Im planning to get a asus eax1900xtx graphic card with a asus p5n32 deluxe motherboard? Are they compatible? Any suggestions on any other motherboards?

Planing to get:
processor-pentium extreme edition (3.2 ghz)
memory-2 gb (dual channel ddr2 sdram at 667mhz-4 dimms)
Hard Drive- 250 gb serial ata(7200rpm)

Don't get the original Pentium X; it's a really crappy chip compared to the 955EE and 965EE.

Just a suggestion but you might want to get a good opty or X2.I know i just sound like a AMD fanboy but AMDs run so much better than same priced intels.
