X299E-ITX/ac SNAG :(

I'm building a new computer (mini moster in 2066) , but yesterday I assembled all the parts and I'm having black screen crashes all the time and I can rarely success to boot, most part of the time I hear 5 beeps.

MOTHERBOARD ........ ASROCK SOCKET 2066 MINI ITX X299E-ITX/AC.
CPU...............................INTEL 6-CORE 7800X 140W TDP.
GPU..............................ASUS NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB.
RAM..............................CORSAIR DDR4 3000MHZ 16GB CMSX32GX4M2A3000C16.
DRIVE...........................SAMSUNG 960 EVO NVME M.2 256GB MZ-V6E250.
CPU FAN......................COOLER MASTER MASTER LIQUID PRO 120 230W TDP.
POWER SUPPLY.........CORSAIR SF600 600W.
*all the parts are new except the gpu.

I'm not sure if the 5 beeps are related to GPU or to CPU, or even the NVME or motherboard. Ideas?

5 beeps, from what I can find (if they're 'long' beeps) would suggest it's unable to detect the GPU.

Have you updated to the latest BIOS?

The BIOS is already UEFI P1.00 and ASROCK only offers downloads P1.00 and BETA P1.03 so I'm not sure if I really need to update but thanks that a good point, i will try if I can.

Generally speaking, updating to a BETA BIOS isn't a great idea.
BUT, if you're unstable as-is, there's likely no harm to be done.

I have UEFI X299E-ITX/ac L1.03 now. 5 beeps & freezing at ASROCK logo page still there. 🙁

Have you tried using just a single RAM module? May be an issue with your system memory.

2 different RAM modules tried in differents slots = same problem.

The only think to remark here is that the processor accepts 2400mhz RAM without OC and I installed 3000mhz RAM. But it should work.
