overclocking would help you a lot, but sadly that cpu is locked


if you want to play games like arma 3 well, you need a whole new build

Yes X4 740 is Locked CPU

Currently i'm playing on this build playing at 720p lowgraphics at around 40 fps

X4 740 3.20 ghz
R7 240 2GB
6GB Ram
500W PS

I wanted to have a video card that has low powerconsumption and doesn't bottleneck in most games like Arma3
