[SOLVED] x5675 gets 40 fps on java. but 300 on regular windows 10 minecraft

is it the problem with the java or is it just the cpu is old and has bad single core performance. if yes, then why do i get 300 fps on windows 10 minecraft?

Java Minecraft is not optimized at all . You need to use mods such as Optifine or Soudim to get high fps. On the other hand Windows 10 (bedrock) edition is made for mobile phones and consoles and it is also written in C++ which works faster than Java .
