i am thinking about buying
Sapphire X800SE 256M AGP8x Radeon X800SE 256M DDR TV-o DVi-i AGP8x
OR
XFX GeForce 6800GS 256MB nVidia GeForce 6800GS 256MB DDR3 AGP8X w/ Dual-DVI / TV-Out

i read sum where before that the 6800GS is a PCI-E card, but here it states that its a AGP 8x because i do not PCI-E slot so i must get AGP can anyone help me on this? because Vid card is my weakest point...thanks guys..i need a new vid card cuz my GF FX 5600 XT 256 can't handle Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion...😵...

X800SE costs 190$ CAD and GF 6800GS cost 255$ CAD

OR i just found another brand thats better then XFX
VGA GeForce 6800GS 256M GDDR3 DVi HDTV-o AGP8x and this one is 253$ CAD~~

Because i am tryin to keep my cost at a mimum...can someone please tell me how big is the advantage of the 6800GS over the X800SE? I was only able to find info on X800 GT and GTO but not SE

there are pci-e and agp version of the 6800gs, the 6800gs is much better, it is the one to go for, the x800se isn't any good it lacks power, there will be a big preformance difference between them, also 6800gs has Shader Model 3.0 Support which is useful for some games, i would spend a little bit more and get the 6800gs, i have xfx 6800gs EE agp, its a great card
