1) It`s CDN
2) Okay so basically between the 256 or 512 there won't be any difference in BF2?

there wont be any noticable difference, you prolly wont even get higher any benchies(well maybe some) id save money and get the 256mb one. most games arent even programmed to use that full amount of ram(because their manufacturers share of the market would be cut due to losses in sales for people who dont have the best vid cards, etc.)

[H]ardocp said the 512MB version can smooth out gameplay when paired with 1GB of RAM. If you have 2GB it will be smooth anyway. Otherwise I'd suspect little difference although can't say for sure.

At one step down these x800 pro's for $229 CAD would be alot cheaper than those prices you listed for the XL.

But for now there is a difference between 1GB abd 2GB. I've seen it with my own 2 bloodshot-tired eyes.

Until recently, many nights in a row. I now have only played BF2 once in the past 5 days, so my eyes are getting better.

OK, gotcha, and I agree with that. Running 4 sticks I was forced to run stock speeds too, which isn't a big deal in BF2, but is in farcry and cpu limited games. Lousy tradeoff if you play more than one game at a time. If all your gaming time goes into BF2, nice to pop in the extra gig if available.
