X850XT ARTIFACTS?? HELP!

Im getting artifacts at about 60 degress and about 4 minutes in. I have it clocked at 560 core 580 mem which isnt much. but im still getting artifacts.. could it be from websurfing while using the artifact scanner?? help please

I duno what kind it just shows up i nthe ATITOOL as having artifacts
