This is IPMI for X8DTN+-F.

But i need bios for X8DTN+-IN001

I solved this poblem using standart BIOS for X8DTN+ from supermicro site and hardware programming of BIOS chip.

I have the same motherboard and same problem - need to update BIOS to use newer CPUs. Could you please share the details on how you've updated your motherboard?

I saw this part number in a listing on ebay today. It doesn't exist in Supermicro's page of dual-1366 motherboards. As an earlier poster implied, it's a garbled version of X8DTN+-F. So you're okay if you use that board's BIOS.
